I read that the main office is filled with 50 year old ladies who have been there forever. It's just another large bureaucracy that is filled with drones. Same Union and Civil Service rules as everywhere else. 80%+ Liberals.

But then...the same could be said about DOJ, IRS, EPA...etc.
