Several of those drugs should not be schedule I. The scheduling is not scientific or medical, it's political. Some of these schedule II drugs should be:

Schedule II/IIN Controlled Substances (2/2N) Examples of Schedule II narcoticsinclude: hydromorphone (Dilaudid), methadone (Dolophine), meperidine (Demerol), oxycodone (OxyContin, Percocet), and fentanyl (Sublimaze, Duragesic).
