You could be the victim of reverse discrimination. Do you have any proof of your harassment? Were the bogus complaints ever acted upon, or explored? Was action ever taken upon those complaints? Did you have an opportunity to respond to those complaints with your own version of events? What grounds have been given for your dismissal? Were you given an opportunity to respond at your dismissal hearing if there was one? If you don't mind my asking. And there is ALWAYS hope.
