My guess is that Osicom might not have had any choice in the matter. During the first week of December, I e-mailed an inquiry to the SEC about the fact that a number of shareholders hadn't received proxies shortly before the annual shareholder's meeting, and the response I received was as follows:

"Are you a shareholder of the company? Have you asked the company why the information has not been provided? This may be a serious problem. Provide us with all the details you have."

I am concerned about a message posted on the Yahoo FIBR thread as follows: "60 days ago, when trying to decide whether to bail out, I called vendors who I thought might be supplying Osicom operating groups, and pretended to do a credit check. I found two. One said they're "slow," the other said they're on credit hold. I do not have the ability to do a formal credit check, but wish someone here would pick up that ball."

Can somebody run a D&B rating check and nip this one in the bud?
