Not sure I'd go after the employees, but the managers of those employees are the ones assigning the work and leading the efforts. Either way - this makes the pending house cleaning all that much easier to justify, insubordination is a fireable offense even in a government job.

There is no doubt that this is one stinking sink hole of a swamp. Rick Perry under the direction of President Trump can drain that mess once he is in control. I imagine they will come to regret refusing President Trump what he ask. If I was them I would be scared too. Rick Perry knows energy and he knows haw to run a state with a balanced budget. There are billions of dollars wasted on the Climate Hoax that can do some good when used for something valid. Our business man President will take care of it. LOL Career Washington Politicians and bureaucrats have no concern for the tax payer. They are accustomed to having an unlimited amount of money from the tax payer and could care less about throwing it into the wind. They spend it like it was water without a thought. They have never heard the word frugality. Many of their jobs depend on them spending money. They get paid to spend our money. Getting the career Washington politicians and bureaucrats out of control is what President Trump is doing. Hellary would have just been more of the same ol same ol on steroids.. The greatness of what has happened in the USA with the election of President Trump can not be overestimated.
