Seriously? Were you listening when Barack Obama essentially flipped off the Republicans by saying, "We had an election. I won?" That destroyed ANY hope for cooperation. Obama was arrogant and intolerant from the outset. So it is no surprise that he ran into opposition later on.

The man has been totally aloof and not willing to engage with Republicans at all. Even if there were harsh words at times when the country's future is at stake you don't just turn your back.

You guys can blame the Republicans all you want but it was HIS responsibility to be a leader. You can't just show up at the White House and expect people to blindly follow. You have to earn that respect and he has, in eight years, yet to do so.

I'm not sure where one looks to find anything positive in that man.
