The FBI reported last October that neither the DNC nor the RNC were hacked. I believe they stand by that. Only the FBI can look at those computers the CIA cannot investigate domestic crime. Maybe they were hacked in 2015 but apparently not this year. Podesta wasn't hacked, he and his people were stupid enough to fall for a phishing scheme. The leaker, Seth Rich was assassinated last summer. The stories about hackers and APT 28/ Fancy Bear is made up by some political hack, either by the media or some CIA person. Clapper said in October that there is no strong evidence that the DNC was hacked. ijr.com
