Dave -Let me start again - A couple of reasons I relied on Mr, Gagels report are the following: 1. In his introduction he states" the undersigned has reviewed the joint ventures corporate charter, joint venture and lottery contracts, FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS, and other pertinent documents, laws and regulations." 2. In his Section #2--EXECUTIVE SUMMARY--He states " The first 105 machines are in the process of being installed in the densely populated Sucre zone of Caracas. " So he was well aware of the 105 machines being set up while he was on the visit in early Dec. 3.In his section #5--SALES,CASH FLOW, PROMOTUIONS= He states " A gross profit of $500,000 is projected for January of 1998 with 200 machines in operation ". This indicates that he either knew of an additional 95 machines that were going to be added by Jan 1st or he made an error. David the other reason I felt he was the best source is that he was right there on the Dec 2nd trip and his report was released on Dec 18th being the latest formal information. I also assumed that a report as important as this was not released before being reviewed by George Zilba. I have E-mailed him to ask for clarification. Never the less, I am sure that by now Sharps people who are on site replacing the translation chips know exactly where we are in the process. I assume we will get a status report next week. As far as using the projected numbers in your FAQ, I would suggest waiting for a more consise answer on both number of machines, and dates. I will then update the numbers and sure you can post them. I just dont want to post #s if they are really way off the mark for fear of misleading any investors.
