Rick, I normally wouldn't respond so quickly, but since you hit one of my 20 short possibilities for Monday, I will respond....I have been watching CPQ for sometime....My Stochastic 8 day has a reading of 99 as of Friday....It is way overbought...Plus 60 is a round number, something that scares people...The downward trendline sits right at 60.00...Furthermore, the Gann-Retracement is showing strong resistance in the 60.25-60.50 area....I would watch how it attacks 60.00 on Monday, if you see the momentum decelerating, I would short it....Set buy limit stop at 63.00....Keep all losses to 5% or less..... Regards, Mark P.S. Pullback should be to 55.00 area, nice 5 points....But I will probably exit before the big boys do....
