Could those Seattle uniforms be any uglier? Their regular uniforms (historically, and IMO) have typically been among the best looking uniforms in the league -- especially their helmets from the mid '70s - mid '80s... gone a bit off the last 5 years, but still... seems like all of the special "Color Rush" (official term for these insults to my eyes) used for TNF are bad... yet another reason to eliminate TNF, IMO... of course the absolute worst uniforms used in recent years have to be the Steelers' bumble bee stripes -- I keep expecting one of their players to yank off their helmet and uni to reveal they are really John Belushi back from the grave... I think they are finally "retiring" those uniforms for good (no wonder everyone was depressed in the 1930s -- they had to look at the Steeler bees)...

Of course to each their own -- personal taste is different for everyone, but I do recall a conversation back in the day between a couple of graphic artists, designers and architecture folk who rarely agreed on anything except that the Seahawks' helmet design from that era was the best -- at least at that time.
