S.I. THNX I am aware of insider buying, when the stock was 23-24.5 in DEC. 2ND TIER insider buying to be more exact. I WILL HAVE MORE for u on the class action suits in a day or two. I have a perfect source. By the way Cisco might be buying a few networkers by Q2 ... Any thoughts?

Japan Telecom denies report of Global One tie-up

TOKYO, Jan 5 (Reuters) - Japan Telecom Co Ltd on
Monday denied a newspaper report which said it had decided on a
broad tie-up with Global One, an alliance of major telecom
carriers Deutsche Telekom AG , France Telecom
and Sprint Corp of the United States.
Japanese mass-circulation daily Yomiuri Shimbun said in its
Monday edition that Japan Telecom and Global One were discussing
setting up an equally owned telecom joint venture in Japan.
"We have not decided anything of that sort," said a Japan
Telecom spokesman.
But he added: "We have a number of possible partners in the
international arena, and Global One is one of them."
Japan Telecom was created through a merger in October last
year of Japan Telecom Co Ltd, Japan's third-biggest
long-distance carrier, and overseas carrier International
Telecom Japan Inc (ITJ).
