Yes, you would get an injunction. I think you can do it really fast. I've never gotten one myself, and I haven't done labor law since 1988 when I had a part time job for the Regents of the UC. But get an attorney first thing. You might even want to take your case to the newspapers. Soemtimes the threat of adverse publicity makes people cave- but talk this over with your lawyer.
