DM-Lockheed/Sanders may indeed be a big thorn in the foot of jmar. They have the money, engineers, and on-going govt. business/contacts. Reg. D usually means trouble, at least in the short run. How disappointing. The good news is you get to buy now at the cheap Reg. D price.
