JMAR's point source is a laser plasma source. The dense plasma source is non-laser.

The article you referenced was from last spring, and says the system will be available in April, 1998. We'll have to watch for more news.

DM-Lockheed/Sanders may indeed be a big thorn in the foot of jmar.
They have the money, engineers, and on-going govt. business/contacts.
Reg. D usually means trouble, at least in the short run.
How disappointing. The good news is you get to buy now at the cheap Reg. D price.

Looks like Sanders just got another 12 mil for point source x-ray. I hope this will be the source of the JMAR funding we have been hearing rumors about. We shall see...
