I have hope that the electors dump Dump. A feint hope for a long shot, but who knows... if Dumps fingerprints show up on the Russian hacking debacle then it might happen

That is what happens when you put your faith in the hands of powerful world organizations. I remember when truth was one of the highest American ideals and now look what's happening. I am sorry for your disappointment and I hope your despondency does not reach a suicidal extent. I, for one, would miss your simple minded contributions to SI.

“Hope is the power of being cheerful in circumstances that we know to be desperate.” G.K. Chesterton

Don't despair koan, a Biden presidency signals the end of the great experiment. Afterwards each side can choose a new Constitution and begin again.

"When you see that trading is done, not by consent, but by compulsion–when you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing–when you see that money is flowing to those who deal, not in goods, but in favors–when you see that men get richer by graft and by pull than by work, and your laws don’t protect you against them, but protect them against you–when you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice–you may know that your society is doomed." AYN RAND

"We are fast approaching the stage of the ultimate inversion: the stage where the government is free to do anything it pleases, while the citizens may act only by permission; which is the stage of the darkest periods of human history, the stage of rule by brute force." AYN RAND
