I really can't do this now!-- but I have to note with gratification that you're acknowledging that "the company as an operation wasn't damaged"! (You are assuming that the mutual funds and professional investors can't understand what you can, and presumably that they will agree with your ludicrous assumption that Fuji is irrelevant, and will be clutching their heads in ambivalent fear of Presstek-- increasing earnings, new alliances, new developments, patents, all notwithstanding-- for the "many years" you assume the SEC settlement will take "to repair." You of course will have gotten long Presstek way before this (and not at your silly vaunted and self -serving estimate of $5.00, either.) You have made a concession! Presstek is no longer lying in its claim of a contractual obligation of confidentiality to Heidelberg and Fuji! NOW they didn't make it up, NOW there is a contractual obligation, but Presstek ("the question is, who asked for it", you now ask) went to Heidelberg and Fuji and said "HEY, LET'S TELL EVERYBODY YOU ARE THE ONES WHO DON'T WANT US TO REVEAL DETAILS OF OUR ARRANGEMENTS WITH YOU (EVEN THOUGH YOU REALLY DON'T CARE AT ALL WHAT YOUR COMPETITORS KNOW ABOUT YOUR FORWARD PLANNING,)-- OKAY, Heid and Fuj?" You made that absurd scenario up. Just to throw in the pot. And the idea that repetitive posting of already- refuted accusations and assumptions isn't the mainstay of your rhetorical technique is comical.
