John and Brian,

I plan no talking to Rick Monday and getting things straight on the
news release and I will post their response here. I feel that what
Cecil replied back to you is more or less what happened. As I have
stated here before this company is a one star company and must operate
accordlingly. I don't like the idea of them just abandoning Angola and
Riverstone either but they feel the Congo properties could obvioulsy
give them more value for their dollar than Riverstone or Uganda. I
had hoped they might be able to sell off their rights to Riverstone
and at least get some cash back which they could use for operating
expenses in the Congo.
