Once one know how to correlate, confusing facts become crystal clear. We need to extract that gold nugget from the tons of ore that is presented to us. No one publishes these conclusions and the guys on the know keep them for themselves.

Here is this is extremely important:

If you go to war you don't go armed with weapons. You gather intelligence about the other guy before you for for him.

The way to go after China is go underwater as they do not have yet underwater capabilities. Perhaps some people are thinking that using 10 million dollar ammo to disable a 1 billion dollar aircraft carrier is a good bang for the buck.

You know all those kinds of end results are derived if one make the right correlations.
