Glenn & James; there is another difference between selling puts and writing CCs...you gotta put up at least part of the dough for the stock if you sell puts. :o) pete

Glenn, Have you heard of a company called APTIS? They have a carrier class remote access concentrator in beta testing right now w/ UUNET. Now that does'nt mean a whole lotta anything right now, but I would like to get some intelligence on this company. From what I understand the company was started by some ex-bay/cascade people, it looks like they took the cascade remote access gear and made some improvments. From what I hear it could be a good carrier class product. What worries me is if Cisco or another major player buys these guys out and finally gets a product that is competitive w/ ASND.
