I think that what explain these overreactions is simply and exactly the fact that they are nanocaps and microcaps. They are simply a lot more volatile that the larger caps. More dollars pursuing much smaller capitalization and trading them simply because the gains are too large to remain longs forever.

It is not TA per se, because very few people use it in the small cap world.
