Ken Appreciate all the dd work. I think Frank said he had been mentioned S3 was insured on the Cirrus matter. As to the past matters, these will play out the way they will. I like to focus on what management is doing now to remedy past mistakes and position the company for the future. Based on what I have seen so far they are making the right moves. The current CFO certainly seems to have a much better grip on what is needed than the one that left way back. A great plus. While the premium for the resale to UMC is not that great it is the right move if it brings S3's commitment to USC to (or below) the level of their actual needs. This eliminates considerable risk. The recent moves made me comfortable enough the average down a little further. JMHO Onward and finally upward. Jan
