I think support level for AFS is @ 70 in spite of recent pull back. MER is good barometer for the financial sector and rebounded nicely today. I believe AFS will do the same, and if high yr-end EPS are announced it should really fly.
In the wake of the Asian crisis, investors are going to be very selective in choosing their investments. Dollars are going to follow the co.'s that have shown consistent growth and expense control. With that said, I'll end up going out on limb w/Feb. 75's - since premiums are so low. CBOE(http://www.cboe.com/) shows high volume today for Feb. 75's, which might indicate to some that AFS is poised for a push forward w/in the next few weeks. Again , good luck cowboyfan and thanks for keeping AFS thread active. I don't drop in as much as I would like - sure glad holiday season is over!
