blankmind, I may have been incorrect in my statement that the CFO had sold all of his shares. After searching further I see he sold 15,000 shares on 11/21/97 @ $24.82 and 15,000 shares on 10/31/97 @ $35.63 leaving him with 39,722 shares. I was told by another source that he had sold his remaining shares but according to stock watch he's still a Vivus shareholder. I hope I'm wrong on this issue but I will investigate further. Does the fact that he sold 1/2 of his holdings 20 days apart make you the least bit suspicious. RT.
