you are correct, infrastructure investment leads to economic fragility just compare india w/ china and contrast nigeria w/ south africa it is obvious, the fragility of it all ;0) w/r to brasillia, the new capital city, perhaps the reason it did not work as intended was the same reason the olympic village went pear-shaped ? why or why not ? egypt has the egyptians, and perhaps can succeed? it is not as if the egyptians do not know how to build? they have it weaved into their dna possibly who can know? must facilitate them w/ second chance, to rejuvenate and mend it is better then bombing them into nothingness, i am guessing what do you think?
