I reject the sewer analogy.

We are facing mad dogs attacking our children;

and they must be prevented from hurting them.. We don't have to get in the gutter, but we do have to fight.

We must super charge our democracy to start beating Republicans at the ballot box.

Using our judicial system vigorously, etc.

So you will consign yourself to being a loser? Well, it's one way to travel through life.

I hope the democrats heeded the lessons of this election. I want them to go as low as is necessary to win. And perhaps call in the help of a foreign power- Oh China, I'm talking to you...
