No. for 2 reasons: 1) Because Brazil is trade pigmy as I stated.It exports to cover what it does not produce
Reason nr 2 below

could the world have picked brazil as exporter?
No. Because we completed our urbanization in the late 70s, early 80s, thus did not have a reserve army as China had. By thar measure only China could be picked up

Reserve army depleted as ageing population and as a result of One-child policy. Exporting model no longer works as per my logic since the start.

As you can see lots of cases for me to show HK Universities.

By the way, Brazil's population also ageing as a result of that export we have. Soap operas. Soap operas showed small families living nicely. Populace as a result started having little families because they want to live nicely too.
