It works, damn it>> I have you beat! My wife chose her Mutual funds in her 401k cause she "wanted to do it on her own" Used some magazine recs for pete sake! (and they've done beautifully) That's why I love her, it's all a delicate balance of me losing our play money and her keeping our retirement "safe"...

You and I know one year is hardly a representative sample. This type of non-knowledge based investing, in the long run, will fall far short of savvy picks born from dedicated research. You think Buffett looks at Zacks? Give me a break. <ggg>
