but your "logic" that because Trump was never a politician and that he was an unknown commodity as opposed to Hillary just escapes me It would escape me, too, had anyone so asserted. Perhaps, then, what you missed was the context of the colloquy you jumped in on, which was Steve's complaint about the the D's nominee and my notion that their candidate had too much baggage. Personally, I wrote Trump off early as monumentally unqualified for the job. I had no difficulty whatsoever doing so. And having done so, everything else was moot.
