Please check out bentway's post; I think it references the photos, etc.. I'm not really trying to re-litigate the thing here, other than to say there were credible reasons for wanting to check out the story. My point is only that when there is any doubt as to whether the constitutional mandate is met, it should be confirmed at the start of the candidacy that it has been. Since obama's own bio plainly stated he was Kenyan born, and there was an apparent effort to cover up the existence of that bio, his qualification for the office should have been determined BEFORE his candidacy was permitted. Every state ought to see proof of the age/citizenship requirement before allowing the candidate onto the ballot.
