I am using myself as an example. I remember when I was in school in New England, I used to get on line and wait for check out at STOP and SHOP for at least an hour.

And that was when I was a student in college!

Now I am a professional- I have even less time or the patience to stand in line to pay for grocery-it's a pain in the butt. I can see others feel the same way as I do.

Too bad PPOD is not offered in my area-Silicon Valley; otherwise, I would choose its service.

The concept is very good and it has potentials. I certainly would not buy it at $16 but at current price, it's very attractive.

If AMZN can be $60, why not PPOD? Buying bread can be just as valuable as buying books!

Actually, I think most of PPOD potentials are not from the grocery delivery charge they make or the membership fees. I think the following areas will be the most impressive to consider:

1) license agreements like the Australian deal PPOD is working on;
2) advertising fees such as General Mills and Craft are paying PPOD to advertise on the web page.

I think the upside potentials are there for the patient investors.
