Grim,

Thanks for the suggestion...in my pessimism (and my 'deer in the headlights' phase last month as I watched all my Dec puts expire worthless) I hadn't thought of it.

Any particular option you would recommend. I was looking at Jan 25 but it has gone up 1.50 (i.e. doubled) in the last day. Or would you go further out to hedge the puts.

Besides Jan puts, I still have some LEAPS bought a year ago, but not at very good strike prices.
