Vladimir Putin says he want to upgrade all of Russia's nuclear arsenal. Donald Trump has responded he want to upgrade all of America's nuclear arsenal as well -- "until the world comes to its senses," what ever the fuck that means. Will China join in the nuclear spiral? It's the latest trend for population control.

Did anyone stop to think that nuclear capabilities are defined by protocols signed in the past? It is not a case to say: Allocated more money for the men in uniform and lets develop weapons. the one elephant in this room is I'm beginning to believe tptb are starting to think they can survive the nuclear apocalypse. If the first shot is fired as you believe the southern hemisphere will be the target???? speeding up for space is way to late for species, maybe we send the ark dwellers for they have better survival abilities than us smart humans if it takes others being "wacko" to make one look reasonable, aren't we then all led by the nincompoops? can't see how this is good. getting better before getting worse......doesn't worse come overnight, while better eases in? ;-0 I'll go for 1/23-2/3 bucket, after that popcorn needs refilling. watching is becoming way to easy, as briefing becomes tricky.
