I don't know about "promised," but yes, he supports smaller government. That's why you see him doing things like confronting Boeing.

How is that about smaller government? Deficit management, maybe, but smaller government? Smaller government is eliminating programs and/or regulations, not getting a better deal on purchases.

And when Boeing said, "Oh, no problem. We can cut the price in half," that was TRUMP talking

Like with so many of your stories, this never happened. For one, it is unclear where Trump got the $4 billion figure, Probably he just made it up. Like so many things. In addition, Boeing didn't say they would cut the price in half. They just said it would be less than $4 billion. Which is what they were saying in the first place.

So another 4 Pinocchios for you.
