Ed, I know what you mean...everything seems to depend (at least short term) on the VLT project in Venezuela. If it doesn't pan out, or takes longer to produce the anticipated revenues, they may be forced to take on more debt. This would not be good for such a small company with few assests. On the other hand, if the VLT's pay off as expected, the fundamentals are going to get REAL good, REAL fast! I'm betting on the latter. Will make a small investment now and see how things develop this next quarter. This is the fun part..... Vinnie
