Some companies have so many Press Releases that it almost becomes meaningless. ( This is not true in all case's, but in Most cases ) When VVID has Press Release's, it is usually pretty good size News and worth taking note of. Two of the more recent Press Release's were of this nature, not so much that they are more recent Press/News Releases but because the content tells you two important things (From my point of view ) about the company. 1)From 11/4/97 fast.quote.com I like that they do not post allot of near meaningless News. They do not over Hype themselves. When they have news, it is important. BUT!! I do like a company that is not affair to go out and spread the word around about their company. I think most would agree, that if you are LONG in a stock, it's nice to have the company help attract New Shareholders to the company. It's a fine line between helping others, who on their own might have missed, see the value in a company. I think this Press Release was a Nice, Professional and Gentle way of getting some facts out about their company and before potential investors eyes. This shows me that, at least in the area of PR, the company is doing a very good Professional job. This should help attract more and more investors to the company, who respect the Professional manor of company Press and Recognition. 2)11/4/97 fast.quote.com Nice press release ah? apx. 1/3 of their yearly sales in one Press Release. I like the strong wording of FACTS in the Press Release!! I like all that this PR tells about the company. Growth, Acceptance, Contracts, Cash, etc..
