I believe as HHS Secretary he will no longer be able to trade stocks, especially health related issues. As a Representative he was exempted from "insider trading" as Congress generally exempts themselves from nearly all laws they write. That has to change for obvious reasons. Personally I have always considered the practice of exempting their body from laws they pass despicable.
