The most "interesting" part of that is that it has been failing the last few months - the Fed is no longer in control of the Treasury rates, which has never happened before while I've been tracking the daily SecLend OMO "donations"

Interesting that China yield curve flattened significantly the past month shorter duration 7 years and less.
