Not according to the state AG. Who knows the relevant laws better than you do. The likely reason for that is the acts that the foundation has admitted to usually result in the assets being seized if verified. But I don't really know.


The investigation is a NY State Witch Hunt.

The foundation has already admitted it engaged in those activities. It isn't a witch hunt if you are actually guilty of wrongdoing. Granted, the state was lax in enforcing the relevant laws and regulations against Trump. Particularly making sure his foundation actually had a permit to take donations from others. But that doesn't excuse them from the regulations.

Yet again, you speak with authority on something you apparently have no relevant knowledge of. Why do you do that?
