If you don't count the debt and don't consider that we have reached the point in our deficits where they become untenable, i.e., where a slight increase in interest rates will make us unable to meet our obligations to pay interest only on the debt. As you know our debt is not bad %/GOP and our taxes are historically very, very low. Easy solutions. But... you're evading. We're living pretty damn well based on the institutions previous generations have sacrificed to build. And Trump, self described "genius" Trump is trying to deconstruct. If this was Haiti, you know, it wouldn't matter much. But this is the United States of America, the most admired and respected country, likely of all time. We so damn stable we're the worlds default currency. You think that will last under narcissist Trump? inode, bet on China. Maybe Mexico, anyplace Trump vilifies. That's the future. And, that's pretty much all I have to say about it.
