Draining the swamp is called Anti-Graft by Xi. The excesses of the first decade of the 21st Century are being cleaned.

All by the rule of the law,

Spread to Korea as it is in the process of ousting its female president.

Xi picked it up as anti-graft
In Mainland is tougher the anti-graft
No Human Rights there

Even the Swedes got the hang of it and discovered planes ferrying families to Formula 1 and to World Cup and did some clean up.
