If he wants to cut corporate income taxes and take the additional revenue produced by doing so and use it to do infrastructure, that will be fine, as long as it doesn't exceed MIN(additionalRevenue,1E12). But if anyone wants to start blowing money the way we did in 2009-2010, I do not think people are down with it. That money was worse than a total waste. It did nothing but increase the debt and interest expense. Stupid.
