It's at least four years too late for that infrastructure-spend delusion. It won't pass the Senate, but it it did, the impact on the economy will be predictable and awful and easy to point back to the cause at the Trump White House. That's a guaranteed mid-term election rout.

Bringing back animal spirits and 'can do' mentality instead of playing the 'victim' is most important. Build things again rather than community organizers and protests in the streets so will be interesting how this all plays out. Not sure if enough people at least in this country are ready to get in the game again.. As to me I am all in with 18 homes I rent and 117 acres industrial hoping to get it developed before this current up cycle ends..
