Going vertical be it Hong Kong or NYC or any gateway global city now it seems. Sure you've seen it all there by now. You would be shocked if you haven't been to Manhattan in a while the transformation there too.. Some type of new Gilded Age once in a lifetime top obviously ongoing here is not that difficult a call for many of us. They got several new towers south end Central Park going up to compete with tallest residential building in the world.. en.wikipedia.org
