They should not have been so large, last for so long, or structured in the way they were structured. They along with the Bush wars exploded the deficit. While it is a fact the 2001 cuts were poorly targeted and didn't do much good, the 2003 cuts increased revenue which I have shown time and time again. This was a workable post for me to respond to and I'm glad to do so.
