simply how did we arrive with something from nothing?

last I read there's a big bang and everything expands, then collapses, then another big bang

and we could add that the expanding universe is accelerating its rate of expansion which rules out a "bang"

and then we arrive how "dark matter" and "dark energy" explains everything.....that's an easy out, explain something by using an unknown nothing that doesn't exist....
