yeagads! Do you understand how government works? Congress that has been solidly in control by republicans since year two of the Obama administration could have done anything they wanted with regards to deficit spending. They control spending! Why didn't they? Well largely because we have been digging our way out of the collapse caused by one George Bush. You can believe this narrative if you want but it is so silly by those who understand the way our government works AND the real causes. You owe it to yourself to dig deeper if this issue is important to you.
