Trump hopes to get RE more leveraged again with multiplier effect across the board..

Far below trend now. Not sure if commercial RE is even less leveraged than residential at this point but for certain both nowhere near where they could be with lots of equity to 'play' with. Thinking another $5T will spice things up keep the party going and get closer to goal posts relative to GDP and asset values.
