Gotta go, a New Athena Rocket to launch today JW@KSC teledotcom.com Going, Going, but Not Gone The gavel that was supposed to fall this month on the federal government's auction of local multipoint distribution service (LMDS) spectrum has been delayed, as the Federal Communications Commission and bidders iron out the details for financing bids. The delay isn't likely to change the basic dynamics of the auction, but may end up bringing in less than bean counters hope for because of bidding restrictions imposed by the FCC.
