90% of a loaf a bread is better than 10%. The nearly 30 billion in military aid from the U.S. taxpayer is over 10 years and guaranteed by Obama and Congress so no new president can change it. As I understand it only Congress can over ride it. The U.N. is toothless and the resolution is for headlines. The nearly 30 billion agreed to by Obama and Congress is what matters. And it seems that U.S. taxpayers do not mind.
