Penni,

A long-time friend, who also is a cigarette smoker, is apparently allergic to most perfumes. I always wear perfume. She finally got around to telling of her allergy AFTER her physician had diagnosed her condition and put her on medication. All perfumes no longer bother her, and she was pleased to tell me this. I only wish she had told me sooner!

I applaud her physician for not automatically assuming her symptoms were due to cigarettes and conducting further investigations.

She still smokes cigarettes and even wears perfume sometimes.

Holly

To be honest Penni, I don't know where I read it. I read so much nowadays on the Web it's tough to remember. It was one of those little tid-bits in a news report, talking about the new California law.

Dan is probably right, but it wouldn't suprise me in the least that the Captains are not as concerned about recycling air as they were say 10 years ago.
