That chart has two things wrong with it: 1. The CMIP5 model prediction showing there is the upper limit of the Hi/Lo prediction bandwidth. 2. Satellite and balloon data are not as accurate as surface temperature data. The HADCRUT and GISTEMP datasets are the standards for showing what's really happening for warming. Notice that the HADCRUT4.4 sits midpoint between the high and low predictions.
